New machine in our production

The high-performance ACURA 65 CNC processing centre from HEDELIUS is a 5-axis milling machine with a 245-place tool magazine and an EROWA 10-place pallet handling system with a robot for future-oriented automation and expansion of capacity through "person-free" production. In addition, this system is ideally suited for the production of the precise Durrer components made of various materials.
It was a logistical challenge to bring this machine into our production hall, but with the help of the professionals from Newemag, Emil Egger and our experienced team members, everything worked smoothly and the machine is already ready for use.
