BEA 01 und 02 from Bucherer AG

After about 35 years of operation, two automatic labeling machines type BEA 01 and 02 from Bucherer AG are returning to us and will be exhibited in the company museum. A unique project so far and probably the only ones of their type in the world.
The machines automatically formed loops from yarns and glued them together with a printed label made of PET. The labels were attached to high-priced Swiss watches and jewelry for sale and were in use almost daily.
A long and successful life cycle is coming to an end. The machines were designed and manufactured in the 1980s by company founder Franz Durrer and have a huge value for us. In 2011, a factory refurbishment was carried out.
